Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the proper and up to date storage of supplies and materials in the farm
- Request and source for materials and supplies for the farm
- Recruit, train, and retrain new and existing staff members
- Address all guests complaints and queries
- Assign daily tasks to farm workers
- Take proper care and organization of the farm
- Comply effectively to established health and safety principles
- Perform all assigned responsibilities diligently
Job Skills and Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous experience is required
